Snowmobile Adventures sucessfully runs
ATV, 4x4 Wilderness Van, Snowmobile,
Snowcat and Hummer Tours in the Whistler
area. We have exclusive access to Blackcomb
Mountain,
Callaghan Valley, the
Bralorne area, and on the outskirts
of Whistler Resort.
Our tours depart from the heart of Whistler
Village and last from 2 hours to all day in
duration. Choose from mild to wild guided
adventures, suitable to groups, single riders,
couples and families. To ensure each guest's
satisfaction, we maintain low guest to guide
ratios, and employ highly qualified and professional
staff that will cater to your group's needs.
Whistler is a year-round
leisure and meeting destination located
120 kilometres (75 miles) north of Vancouver,
B.C., Canada and a site for the
2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
Whistler Blackcomb Mountains have the most
terrain (7,071 acres) and greatest vertical
(5,280 feet or one mile) in North America
with an average annual snowfall of nine
metres (30 feet).
Whistler Valley:
The Whistler Valley offers many hidden treasures,
one of which is the Fitzsimmons
Creek. Surrounded by beautiful coastal
rainforest the creek runs right through
the middle of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains
and is fed by the surrounding glacier caps.
Tours running through the valley offer a
touch of nature coupled with great views
and extensive wildlife. Perfect
for beginners, all trails are groomed
and easy to ride.
Blackcomb Mountain:
We have exclusive
year round access to Blackcomb Mountain
which boasts over 1609m of vertical drop,
the most of any ski resort in North America.
The mountain features over 4000 acres of
skiable terrain including two large glaciers
and 44 groomed runs. Blackcomb is also home
to the 2010 Olympic Bobsled, Luge, and Skeleton
track. Winter and spring offer amazing snowmobile
tours for beginner through to advanced riders.
With groomed trails, as well as wide open
play areas there is enough adventurous terrain
to satisfy everyone.
Summer and fall offer everything from ATV
to Hummer
and 4x4 tours.
Exclusive mountain-top dining is offered
at 6400ft during both summer and winter.
The Crystal Hut, a Canadian log style cabin,
offers a perfect view over Whistler Valley
and an unforgettable dining
experience.
The Callaghan
Valley: situated
approximately 15km south of the Whistler
Village is snowmobile paradise.
Receiving 40% more snow than Whistler Mountain
during the winter season there is more than
enough powder to satisfy even the most experienced
snowmobiler. The valley offers a wide range
of on and off trail riding. Over 100km of
trails lead to over 10 frozen lakes, 3 mountain
peaks, and various wide open play areas.
Advanced riders can
have the opportunity to climb high into
the alpine to experience mountain riding
at its best. Home to the Nordic and Cross-country
events at the 2010 Olympic Games, as well
as beautiful waterfalls and lookouts, the
valley offers great sightseeing as well
as adventure.
Bralorne:
is the ultimate untouched
playground for snowmobile enthusiasts.
Voyage over the Hurley Pass to this gem
of a ghost town and immerse yourself in
the history of North America's second largest
gold mine. Explore the vast and adverse
mountain ranges of Mount Gandolf and Mount
Shadowfax, the magesty will blow your mind
away. Come discover this enclave that is
tucked in the mountains of British Columbia's
interior.

of our most common questions is, "What
do we wear"?
Don't worry, we will outfit you in any
outerwear and equipment that you may
need for your adventure including:
full-face helmets, goggles, boots, gloves
and warm jackets and pants.

several stunning photo opportunities.
In addition, Coast Mountain Photography
is on hand to take care of your photography
needs. Photos are taken at the outset
of each adventure and are available
for purchase upon completion.

PICK-UP For
your convenience hotel pick-up can also
be arranged. Simply let us know where

hotel door to our check-in office.

BOOKING
POLICIES for WINTER
Driver’s
License: Persons
going as a single rider must be at
least 16 years old and fully licensed
to drive automobiles in their country
of residence. Persons at least
16 years old, with a learners permit
may drive only when riding double
with a parent.
Release of Liability
and Waiver Form: It
is mandatory for all tour participants
to sign a Release of Liability
and Waiver Form. Any participants
under the age of 19 must have a
parent or guardian present to sign
on their behalf.
Full Faced Helmet: It
is mandatory for all ATV and Snowmobile
Tour participants to wear a Department
of Transport Safety Approved Full
Faced Helmet while on tour.
Cancellation Policy: Any
cancellations within 24 hours of
the departure time are subject
to a full charge of the tour cost. Groups
of 10 or more require 72 hour notification
of cancellation and will be subject
to a 75% booking fee. Group
cancellation within 72 hours will
be non-refundable. Canadian
Snowmobile & All Terrain Adventures
Ltd. reserves the right to cancel
tours due to inclement weather,
foreseeable hazards, insufficient
bookings or events beyond our control. Full
refunds will be made or alternate
dates will be offered in these
unlikely events.
Collision Coverage: Zero-deductible
collision coverage of $15.00 per
driver, per day is mandatory on
all ATV or Snowmobile tours.
Groups: All
groups of 10 or more participants
are subject to a 10% automatic
gratuity.
Alcohol: Under
no circumstances is any person
suspected to be under the influence
of any drugs or alcohol permitted
to go as a driver or passenger
on any tour. Persons denied
participation will not receive
a refund.
Pregnancy: Safety
regulations require that Canadian
Snowmobile Adventures not permit
pregnant women to ride as driver
or passenger on a snowmobile or
ATV. All mothers to be are
welcome on our Snow-cat, Hummer,
or 4x4 Vehicle tours.
Health: Adventure
sport activities are not recommended
for individuals who suffer back
or neck pain, heart or respiratory
distress. Consult your physician
prior to participation.
What To Wear: SNOWMOBILING: Dress
warm and wear your own ski suit
if you can. You will be more
comfortable and save time in the
change room. We will supply
ski suits to those who require
them. ATV’S: Wear
close toed shoes. We supply
raingear, including jackets and
bib pants. Year-round we
will supply you with helmets, gloves,
goggles and snow-boots/rain-boots.
Weight: The
ideal weight for a smooth ride
on our machines is 170kg (350 lbs.)
or less. Please keep this
in mind when organizing double
riders.
Cameras: There
are many beautiful sights along
the trails of Whistler. We
encourage you to bring a camera
along. Please bring a small
backpack or hip-pouch to store
it in while you are riding the
ATVs / snowmobile.
Age Requirements: Drivers
must be fully licensed to drive
automobiles in their country of
residence. Any participants
under the age of 19 must have a
parent or guardian present to sign
on their behalf.
Specific Tour Restrictions:
Hidden Valley and Fitzsimmons
Creek Cruise: Passengers
must be 6+ years old. A younger
child, depending on their size,
strength, and capability may be
allowed to ride in front on the
guide’s machine. On
the Fitzsimmons Creek Cruise, children
3-5 years of age can ride in our
Kiddy-trailer, which is pulled
behind the guides snowmobile.
Salmon Bake via ATV, Mountain
Explorer and Mountain Safari: Passengers
must be 8+ years old.
7th Heaven and Wilderness
Run:Passengers
must be 12+ years old.
Hummer, 4x4 and Snowcat
Tours:No
age specifications. Passengers
must be able to sit on their
own. No child seats available.
All other tours are single
riders only.
